We may collect information relating to your preferences, order history, transaction records, browsing activities within the App and interaction with features, which enables us to generate customised product listings and recommendations.
We collect details relating to orders placed through the Rad Kirana app, including products ordered, payment method, delivery status and proof of delivery records, as required for order fulfilment and dispute resolution.
To ensure smooth functionality, security and performance optimisation of the App, we may collect technical information such as device type, operating system of your device, application version, IP address, and usage logs when you access and interact with the App.

Rad Kirana App is not intended to used by individuals below the age of 18 (eighteen) years without parental or legal guardian supervision, as set out in the Terms of Use.

If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that their child has provided personal information through the App without appropriate consent, they may contact us through the grievance or support details provided, and we shall take reasonable steps to address the concern in accordance with applicable laws.
Where the access of the App is permitted under parental or legal guardian supervision, the responsibility for monitoring the child's use of the App and safeguarding account credentials rests with the parent or legal guardian.
